    This is the saddest case I’ve ever seen! It is a shame that there was no justice for this girl. That Florida Police Department ought to be ashamed of theirselves. This is just sad I am pissed after watching her story.

Status: Unknown As seen on Women behind Bars, Cindy Countess was convicted of 2nd degree murder in 2003 of the stomping death of her mother. She is not currently found using inmate search. There are not news articles about her release or pardon. Her sister has been working diligently to have her released. Her whereabouts are unknown at this time. Her sister's petition is below. There is a petition to free Cindy: Help free Cindy Countess . She was denied parole in 2014. According to her petition, On April 28, 2004, the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke found Countess guilty of second degree murder and sentenced her to 30 years incarceration and suspended 16 of those years.It is certainly likely she has been released. She was challenging to find as this is not her legal name, nor is the one under which she is incarcerated. It's quite complicated. This may or may not be her. It is impossible to discern.
