Stacey Lannert

Status: Pardoned As seen on Women Behind Bars, Stacey was convicted of the murder of her Father after years of abuse and sexual abuse. It was during the dark ages when not much was understood about sexual abuse and the consequences of long term exposure. She was granted a pardon by Gov. Eric Greitens during his last days in office. It was an unconditional pardon. Stacey had the support of the police officers who initially looked into the murder. No doubt her head was in a whirlwind when she was released. Patricia Johnson

Status: Incarcerated  On January 16, 1992, defendant and co-defendant Reynaldo Travieso (Travieso) drove to the apartment of Juan and Olga Hernandez to collect money owed Travieso in connection with a drug transaction involving Travieso and Juan Hernandez. Once inside the Hernandez residence, Travieso beat Juan and Olga Hernandez, and the Hernandez' ten-month-old daughter, Evelyn, with a pistol. Travieso then slit the throats of Juan and Olga. All three victims died as a result of Travieso's brutality. Defendant was complicit in Travieso's actions, having foreknowledge of Travieso's intent, aiding him logistically in the slayings, and robbing the victims of money and jewelry, later "pawning" the jewelry and using some of the money to purchase narcotics. After her arrest, defendant confessed to her involvement in the triple homicide. All of this was revealed on her episode of Women Behind Bars. You can write to her at: Patricia Johnson, B47571
