She was denied parole in 2014. According to her petition, On April 28, 2004, the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke found
Countess guilty of second degree murder and sentenced her to 30 years
incarceration and suspended 16 of those years. It is certainly likely she has been released.

Find Other Inmates
When I googled her, it shows she is now incarcerated in Florida for a probation violation. I couldn't find anything else.
ReplyDeleteIt says she on probation and it's active for a felony charge. Most likely she moved to Florida and is registered as probation, felony. If you look her up as an inmate she is not listed but she is active on probation. I'm surprised that it was hard to find, I had to dig a bit.
DeleteAlso for probation they will take a new photo for the state she moved to.
DeleteShe is indeed in Florida, I've added the photo
ReplyDeleteShe has a facebook page
ReplyDeleteStomping her mother to death, then she had 16 years suspended of her original sentence. If you can do that to someone who she supposedly loves, what the hells she going to do to acquaintance's she doesn't love is the make her mad. Either lock it up for life or execute it. I lost my beloved mum, I'd happily kill her
ReplyDeleteI actually felt sorry for her. She should have got an NGRI (not guilty by reason of insanity). She had no business taking care of her mother in her mental state.
