Heather Frango

Status: Released


As seen on Women Behind Bars, Heather was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to three years when her child was mauled to death by two pit bulls. She has since served her time and been released.

She does not appear to participate in social media or with any child abuse prevention organizations.

She was challenging to find as this is not her legal name, nor is the one under which she is incarcerated. It's quite complicated. This may or may not be her. It is impossible to discern.
